TechCare’s People: Andrea Frongia!

Hi! I am Andrea. Agronomist recently embarked on a research career at Agris, currently in the Nutrition research sector. My academic background is rooted in Animal Science, with a particular focus on ruminants. The experience at Agris has allowed me to broaden both my theoretical understanding and practical skills working with sheep and lambs. Main research activities: Study on heavy lamb production for the improvement of ovine meat productions through the crossbreeding of different breeds. Role in the TechCare project: collaborating in the activities of WP3 – Prototyping & PLF and WP5 – Pilot and large-scale farms, WP7 – Communication and dissemination.
